The research also reveals that most websites that require age verification don't enforce the policy.
The violation of privacy is the point. “Age verification” is just a fig leaf to get idiot normies to vote for it ‘because of the children’.
Next it will be because they need to catch software pirates. Or terrorists. Or child pornographers. Or drug dealers. Or ‘misinformation’. Or AI bots. But all with the same actual goal: erode and remove any remaining privacy protections of the working class.
