Even though more sophisticated generation with manual editing is possible and probably a thing, I don’t think you’ll see AI keeping something completely unchanged for multiple panels. Aside from looking less AI it makes no difference for AI since it can easily “redraw”. If you pay attention to Umbreon, you’ll notice she barely changes.
