    Thank FiF.

We had the head honchos visit at work yesterday. At 1 we stopped work to congregate in a big empty office space to hear some words, our reward for listening to the words was supposed to be Pizza. Well there was a blackout at the Pizza place ( as well as other business’ and traffic lights ) and so Noodle Box came through with 48 bowls of various noodles. Quite happy about that and I’ve never had Noodle Box food before.

I’m very much over the moisture aspect but such is life. 6 hour day today so that ok. Oh I bought 2 damn tickets for last night’s lottery plus I’m in the syndicate at work. Here’s hoping we had a win at work at least…grrrrrr.

    Edit.

Work syndicate won over $3 each so I suppose I will still have to mingle with you ordinary folk…for now.

I had a late night call out last night and didnt get home until 1am or so. I had great plans to post in the daily thread and beat old DaddyLosMinties to get first comment… but I fell asleep. And by the time I got up for work he’d beaten me too it again! I’ll get you next time, Minties.

Anyone want to buy a car trailer? Or a BYD Seal?

I bought the car trailer to make a hire freezer room but have run out of time, money, and enthusiasm.

The Seal is a great car to drive but I am getting really sick of dual cab utes burning out my eyeballs with their stupid bright headlights perfectly at head height. At least when I drive my van I am protected a little bit by virtue of being another foot off the ground. And I get to fight back cause I put LED headlights in my non-LED headlight and now it’s like a supernova. I am part of the problem.

Lol. I have literally just eaten two minties.

I fancy the idea of a fast electric car. Will $2000 cover it ? That call out doesn’t sound fun at all. I’ve only been on call in the fire alarm industry for about a year but thankfully only had a few callouts in that time.

That was back in England and I was young. Damn. I just missed a 100 car pile up on a major road during one callout. Thick thick fog. I actually did a U turn or 3 point turn on the slip-road leading to it. Nasty.

      Ok $2500.
