If they’re gonna latch onto the word “rubble” as some sort of gotcha then go on to describe literally the only thing the most uninformed westerner would know about the facility, that it’s deep underground, then yeah I think the term is applicable.
They’re also saying the facilities are both 2deep4u, but also the operation was a secret snatch n’ grab, which puts their conspiracy at odds with itself.
