Unfortunately, I think gathering contact info for the purpose of organizing/asking for donations is one of the main forces driving this thing. You’re probably not going to find an official party-sanctioned platform that doesn’t require a decent amount of personal info. Your best bet is to stick to unofficial communities like this one.
