But couldn’t find anything I wanted to play.
So I went outside and pulled weeds in the garden.
Less dull: I dug up 4 potatoes from a random hanging basket. I never planted potatoes in there so that was a fun surprise.
Mm. Still dull.
Wonder how the seeds got there! Cool!
In minecraft potatos are like SUPER spreadable. You plant 1 potato, you get like 3 back. Then you plant 3 potatos and before long you have a whole potato farm!
Uh-oh! Look out! If you aren’t careful, you’ll end up being Irish. Not that that’s a bad thing, but it is a real risk when dealing with potatos. Thats how that works.
Probably a birb friend. Look up “True Potato Seed.” I was researching what to plant this spring.
Did it have a sweet potato vine in it? They’re often used in hanging arrangements and they do make tubers
Must be a Real Leprechaun bouncing around your area.
Or the Inca
Every time I have spare time to play computer games I just cant be arsed loading up a Baldurs Gate or Warhammer or whatever that involves an 18 hour time commitment to embrace the story etc… so I just end up playing a few rounds of TF2, or a level of a Vampire Survivors type game. And then the PC gets turned off again.
How the heck did I used to find time to play 6 hours at a time? I want that life back.
Boy, this post made me feel spoiled. I guess over the years I’ve structured my life in such a way that I always have more than enough time to sit down and enjoy a game. Doesn’t hurt that my job is only four days a week, pays me enough to get by, and lets me go home early if I get all my assigned work done. They still pay me for the full day, too. I lucked out, for sure.
Are they hiring? Lol
Eh, not for basic positions anymore. Just engineers and the like. Like I said, I lucked out hard.
Does such a way mean living alone?
Nah, my wife works from home due to her disability. The two of us together get by well enough. She pays for someone to come clean the apartment, has since before we met… fifteen years ago now.
Nice
🥺
I love my Valheim server. I can spin it up and pop in for a round of farming and planting, maybe build a new lil storage place when my boxes are filling up. Maybe go mine a lil for some ores I need. Cook food, mead, make some portions to stock my supply box. Play ten minutes or a half hour and set myself up for a journey when I have time for one.
Or I can grab portal mats, choose an icon from a quest in an area I’ve never come close to exploring, and go on a two hour quest to put teleporters on every continent on the way and eventually find out if Killfuck Gronkblaster is a souped up golem with an army of star golems… or a boar. (I could look in my menu to read about K. Gronk, but ruin the surprise?)
Hey, a giant tower! Can’t seem to just walk in… better go grab some stacks of wood and make ladders and platforms to scale the outside and OH GOD WHAT IS THIS PLACE
I know you weren’t looking for reqs but, if you like colony building type games, I recently found one called Timberborne. You queue stuff up and watch the beavers build. And it autosaves (quickly) on exit, so its perfect for playing when you might get interrupted at any moment.
Been playing Timberborne on and off during the pre-release. The main issue is that you will blink and it is suddenly 3 hours later…
That does seem to be a trend for me too
Should’ve played stardew valley lol.
I just bought Gnomes this weekend since I had a day off.
It’s an interesting tower defense. Honestly, its the first time I’ve played a TD that felt original in years.
