Better yet let’s just ban facial recognition tech from having any online databases.

I can understand if a local device can recognize you for unlocking your phone or PC, but a camera on the street should never unless the technology progresses to be much much much more accurate than it is now.

EDIT: and even then if it does improve then its use should be heavily restricted and tightly controlled by congressional oversight.

And electoralists will totally prosecute them when they fail to obey the arbitration of laws!! /s
