I think it sets a precedent so that the difference to extend it to all adults is not a matter of legal application to minors vs adults, it establishes that adults could have this care restricted from the start. Not that I’m a lawyer or understand whether this distinction is as relevant as it seems to me as a layperson, but … I do wonder.

Looks like one person on Reddit is claiming 30 pills cost 200 baht (~$6.44). In the US without insurance, 30 pills cost $28, with insurance and coupons it’s possible to get the price down to $3.

Mostly I wouldn’t want to do oral estrogen, and I’ve heard it’s hard to find injectable estradiol in Thailand. Not sure if there is anything other than pills in the country 🤷‍♀️
