They probably weren’t dark. If they go dark and want to actually not be tracked people do turn off their phones.

And while I dunno about Dutch ships, from talking to people who have served on Norwegian ships, they do in fact go around with detectors to verify that the ship is actually dark when they go dark and you do get severely punished if you didn’t turn your phone off.

If should be the UK for Norway, not Germany. It has traditionally been Germany but post-brexit and the Ukraine war has made UK buy a lot more gas from Norway, overtaking Germany in trade volume very ever so slightly (like 0.1% difference)

Yeah it’s not very clear, that part about painting stop on the road is just in the subtext of an image for example.

Issue is he was arrested while doing this in the middle of the night, ofc some annoying neighbour reported him.

If he did it in broad daylight with high vis nobody would have noticed.

He painted the road with new markings (stop) that didn’t exist, and took down signs indicating there was a crosswalk and replaced them with stop signs. Obviously none of these should be some sort og huge crime but you could definitely be an ass about it and charge someone for all of these crimes for it. Doubt it’d hold up in court for any actual punishment.

Painting on the road = vandalism

Changing the signs for different ones = interfering with traffic control device

Taking down signs that are government property = grand theft

I haven’t been able to get into Horizon since 3, they’ve all just… Felt like the same game as 3.

And 3 had Blizzard Mountain, which imo is still peak Forza Horizon.

For new videos (ones they don’t have old scraped data to rely on) they capture the like and dislikes from users who have the extension installed, and extrapolate the amount of dislikes from that ratio and the amount of likes YouTube shows.

Surely that doesn’t skew the data in any way.
