      A bigger dollar value cash offer doesn’t necessarily mean it’s structured better for shareholders. There’s no telling if what they are offering money for is exactly the same (one could be an offer for abcdef and another could be for abcdefghijkl)

      Looks like this year is the year of selling shit off to the saudis though. Can’t wait for us to add them to the fast-track nation status and exempt them from tariffs. Pays real well to be in bed with the guys who win elections without any checks or balances around their behavior.
